No Refund & No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, live training sessions, subscription-based services, and immediately accessible course content, all purchases made through Options Calculator Academy and OptionsCalculator.live are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

No Refunds on Digital Courses & Subscriptions

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Live Evening Class sessions
  • All 3 Course Modules (3 months / 6 months / 12 months)
  • Markov Indicator Training Access
  • Digital products or calculators
  • TutorLMS-based course purchases
  • Recorded lessons, PDFs, downloads
  • Virtual Index Trading (VIT) membership
  • Weekly/Monthly/Yearly subscription plans

Once payment is processed, access is instantly granted (or prepared), and thus refunds are not applicable.

No Returns on Digital Content

Because all offerings are digital and non-physical, returns are not possible under any circumstances.

No Refunds for Misunderstanding or Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Purchased by mistake
  • "I thought it included something else"
  • "I don't want to continue"
  • Lack of participation in live classes
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Personal reasons

Please read all course descriptions, module details, and benefits carefully before enrolling.

No Refunds for Technical Issues Not Caused by Us

We do not issue refunds due to:

  • Slow internet
  • Device incompatibility
  • Browser-related issues
  • Inability to join Zoom/Zoho sessions due to user-side problems
  • Missed classes (recordings or PDFs may be provided depending on the program)

Payment Gateway Fees Are Non-Refundable

Any charges or fees collected by:

  • Razorpay
  • PayPal
  • UPI / Bank Transfer
  • Card payment processors

are non-refundable.

Replacement or Credit Policy (Only If Applicable)

In rare cases (such as technical error during purchase), we may extend access or move your enrollment, but no money will be refunded. Eligibility is fully at the discretion of Options Calculator Academy.

Fraudulent Claims & Chargebacks

If a fraudulent chargeback is raised after receiving course access, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently suspend the user account
  • Suspend access to tools/calculators
  • Take legal or financial recovery action
  • Send all digital logs & access records to the payment gateway for investigation

We strictly monitor login, download, and class attendance activity.
